Student Information Form
If students wish to fill out the Info form and turn it in before auditions, you will find the various links to access it below. You can email documents to [email protected].

How to fill out a Google Doc Form:
- Click on the Google Doc Form.
- Click on 'File', then click 'Download'. In the side menu, click Microsoft Word or your computer's default document editor.
- Click on the download attachment that pops up for 'Info Sheet.docx'
- You can then fill out the form.
- Save the file as a PDF Document.
- The file will save to your computer which you can then attach in an email to: [email protected]

**The following instructions are for a VIRTUAL PLATFORM ONLY**
What you need to know for virtual auditions:
- Skills Videos are posted on YouTube.
- Movement & Marching skills and commands.
- Flag techniques & audition pieces (flag & dance).
- Audition videos will be submitted to [email protected]
- in your email with your audition videos, please include your name, grade in the fall, indicate if this is your first time auditioning; if it is NOT, tell us how many years you have been on the team.
- If you have NOT turned in your information form before submitting your video, your video will be skipped over until it is received.
- Please remember to wear ALL BLACK for your video.
- If you have your own equipment, by all means use it! If not, get creative!! Broom stick, mop, swiffer handle, hockey stick, etc.
- Don't forget to smile :)
- Acceptance letters will be sent out via email when the team has been selected. Members will need to respond to accept their position on the team. Letters will only be sent to those that make the team.

- 8 counts towards the camera
- 8 counts away from the camera
- 8 counts in front of (across) the camera.
Video 2: Audition Routine (Flag & dance)
Record yourself performing the audition routine. Remember to smile!
- Wear ALL BLACK in your videos.
- Be sure your entire form (head to toes!) is visible in the video.
- Use separate devices to record your video and play music from: iPad, tablet, phone, laptop, etc.
- Do a test run (or two)!
- Record marching technique & audition routine separately.

2. Click the "+New" button on the left hand side and upload your video from your computer. If your video file is already uploaded to Google Drive, locate it in your Drive's file list.
3. Click on the video file once to highlight it.
4. Right-click on the file name to open a menu of options.
5. Click "Share."
6. In the pop-up window that appears, type in the contact name or email address of the person that you want to share the video with.
7. Click "Send."
